    The "Little Girl With Curls" is a Porcelain Doll by The Franklin Mint Heirloom Collection and is approximately 15 inches in Height.  Her Features are Beautifully Sculptured in Fine, Hand-Painted Bisque Porcelain.  She has Soft Curls Entwined with Pink Satin Ribbons that Frame her Lovely Face.
