    The base is not cracked.  There is one small porcelain chip (photo #7).  The rod is not bent.  Weighs 4+ lbs.
    The upright rod is 23 1/8"; the base measures 13" length x  7" width x 1 1/8" high support base.  The diameter of the rod is 1 7/8".
