Vintage Noblet Paris Wood Alto Clarinet w\case*NO RESERVE*NOT WORKING*

Vintage Selmer Depose wood alto clarinet, serial number on the upper joint and lower joint is 0778, NOT WORKING, all keys are present, includes upper joint, lower joint, neck, bell and original case, the plating on all of the keys is in poor shape, the plating is extremely dirty and tarnished, it could use a good disassemble and cleaning\polishing, the pads are in poor shape, they are old and dis-colored, some pads are loose, some pads are missing, the wood of the upper joint is in good shape, I do not see any cracks or signs of crack repair, there are some scratches on the back of the upper joint where the strap ring should be, the strap ring on the back side of the upper joint is missing(not included), the middle tenon cork is older and discolored, but intact, this is a retired school instrument, the wood of the lower joint is in good shape as well, the actual bell tenon is in good shape, there are no chips or cracks in it, the middle tenon socket receiver is in good shape, there are several scratches on the back side of the lower joint above the strap ring area, the thumb rest is missing(not included), the neck is adjustable and included, the plating on the neck is in ok shape, the neck is dirty and tarnished, the neck is straight, the cork on the neck is old and intact, the bell is included and in ok shape, the plating on the bell is in poor shape, it is extremely tarnished and dirty, the bell key is included and functional, the bell bow has some dings throughout, there are scratches throughout, the bell rim\rip is straight, the bell bow is in ok shape with some dents\dings, the bottom of the bell bow is flat, there is no mouthpiece included, the case is original and in very poor shape.
