All the parts are marked Buffet Crampon, even the mouth pieces and the metal mouthpiece cover.
Made in Paris, France.
We are not musicians and do not know much more about this; it is from a high end estate sale, and appears to have been well cared for.
It seems to be a Bb (B flat?) clarinet based on music books that came with it.
