SCOTT M95 Finnish Gas Mask With 1 Filter Canister and Carry Bag.  This mask is in excellent condition, and I do not believe it was ever used.  Has a new/sealed filter canister that expired in 2014.  Also has a hose that attaches to the front of the mask, I believe this is part of the available drinking system.
Sorry about the creepy mannequin head, hopefully she doesn't give you nightmares!
