Description

Designer Jacques Azagury created a jet-beaded halter gown for Diana, Princess of Wales. Azagury met Princess Diana in 1987 in London, when he was exhibiting a fall/winter collection. They were introduced by British Vogue editor Anna Harvey.
Princess Diana wore this gown for a photo shoot for world-renown photographer Patrick Demarchelier. The picture of Princess Diana wearing this gown was featured on the cover of "Vanity Fair", "Hello!" and "American Photo"  magazines, to name a few.
This custom dress I created is done in black sequins and black seed beads over the entire dress. The body of the dress is fully lined in white lycra, and the straps are backed with white ribbon to protect your doll. The dress feature a front-slit like the original. It closes with metal snaps and a hook at the neckline.
This auction includes an elegant hand-beaded gown, a black crepe fully-functional lined clutch purse with snap closure and bead & rhinestone accents, handmade beaded copy of her bracelet, white "silk" roses bouquet, and "pearl" drop earrings with cubic zirconias.
This black beaded sequined dress is easy to put on and off your doll, and is fully-lined in white. It closes with metal snaps and a hook at the neck.
