Nice and old wooden Clarinet. It is signed "zalud terezin " both main parts, barrel and bell. There is a very small crack at the 2nd main part. I dont know the key of the instrument. The pads and corcs needs to be replaced and the instrument needs to be cleaned, adjusted and serviced. The length without the mouthpiece is 51cm/ 20inch so it might play in C?
