It consists of a FPC (filter-absorbing box) and a front part. In addition, the gas mask kit includes a bag and a box with non-fogging films. The gas mask box is used to clean the inhaled air from toxic and radioactive substances, as well as from pathogenic microbes and toxins. The air is cleaned with a special absorber and smoke filter, which is equipped with a box. The gas mask box has a cylindrical shape. On its cover there is a neck with a thread for attaching the box to the front of the gas mask, in the bottom of the box there is a round hole through which the inhaled air enters. The front part of the gas mask is designed to bring the air purified in the gas mask box to the respiratory organs and to protect the eyes and face from toxic and radioactive substances, as well as from pathogenic microbes and toxins. The front part of the gas mask consists of a rubber helmet-mask with glasses and fairings and a valve box with one inhalation valve and two consecutive exhalation valves. The valve box is used to distribute the flow of inhaled and exhaled air. A set of non-fogging films is designed to protect the glasses from fogging. The gas mask bag is used for storing and carrying a gas mask and a respirator. For carrying the gas mask, the bag has a shoulder strap with a movable buckle and a strap for attaching it to the torso. In addition, it has three pockets: one flat and two voluminous. A flat pocket is designed to accommodate a box with non-fogging films, two large pockets - for individual anti-chemical, a package and a first aid kit or a dressing package. The flat pocket is located inside a bulky pocket designed to store the first aid kit.
