    Description

    Absolutely gorgeous Hand-Painted Porcelain Heirloom Doll issued by the Franklin Mint in 1988.
    This Doll is named "The Heralding Angel".
    It is the SECOND doll that continued an annual tradition leading up to a chorus of several Angel Dolls with musical instruments;  one being offered each year prior to the Christmas Season.
    Richly costumed in shimmering white satin with silvery accents and
    rhinestones
    .
    Gracefully sculptured porcelain hands are holding a shining trumpet as a "Heralder".
    Doll is 18" tall.
    Photos show actual doll on display along with photos from the original literature.
    Mostly always stored these 32 years.  Displayed only a few times during the Christmas Holidays.
