Franklin Heirloom porcelain bride  Victorian style

Franklin Heirloom porcelain bride Victorian style.  I have searched and searched and cannot find this doll's name on line.  She is stamped Franklin Mint and is in her original box but has no hangtags or accompanying material .  I thought she was Queen Victoria but can find nothing to justify that.  If you already have her in your collection I would appreciate hearing who she is.  I do know that I am her only owner and that her dress was one of the biggest in my collection.  The dress is very intricately made with satin and lots of lace.  It is trimmed at the top with pearls and has snaps in the back.  It has many tiers of lace on the skirt insets and on the sleeves.  She is really a beautiful doll with a rosy complexion and beautiful painted blue eyes.

She does have a hoop skirt under all that satin and lace.  The picture of her shoes does not show the detail very well but they are pretty utilitarian looking and not nearly as fancy as the dress!
