Brand new CBRN / NBC gas mask filter, standard 40mm NATO thread (RD40x1/7) compatible with all modern 40mm gasmasks, such as the FM12, FM53, C50, S10, M40, Forsheda, M95, Scott Promask and others.
This special purpose filter provides wide reaching protection and enhanced service life that exceeds NATO standards, while many military filters offer A2B2E1 SX level protection, these filters provide A2B2E2K2HgSXP3 D R according to EU standards, this means the filter will provide enhanced protection against acid gasses and vapors while also protecting against ammonia and amines which most commonly available new and surplus filters provide no protection against.
While also providing a wider range of protection than most filters, the larger carbon capacity of the filter body due to efficient design provides greatly improved service life over most similarly sized (and priced) filters.
The filter itself presents low breathing resistance due to the grid pattern intake, and comes in the factory sealed plastic bag. with 2 end caps. Store the filter in the plastic bag until you intend to use it in order to ensure the factory stated shelf life.
The filter shown and opened in the photo is *not* the filter you will receive, you will get a fresh one, shipping is a medium USPS flat rate box, shipping costs are the same for 1 to 5 filters, and will be the same from 6 to 8.
