1938 Colorado Passenger License Plate #1-3496.
The plate is White on Light Green. (Paint on plate is better than phot0, if you need better photo please ask I will retake photo for you!)
This plate is all original Very Good Paint with no extra holes. Bottom 2 Mounting Holes show signs of wear.
The plate is all steel.
